What goes
into a full restoration?
- The metal castings
are completely cleaned, polished and painted
- The wood cabinet is refinished using factory correct stains & paints.
- Chrome or nickel platted parts are cleaned and re-platted.
- Original hardware such as the back door, cash box and interior cabinet
parts are cleaned or repainted.
- Exterior trim such as paper award cards, decals and reel strips are
reproduced in detail.
- Internal mechanism is serviced for proper function for decades to
come.
Basically a full restoration leaves no detail out, the entire machine
is brought back to the way it was when it was shipped out from the
factory!
